The State of Qatar stressed its commitment to partnering with the international community to respond to challenges, and its commitment to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The country warned from the challenges facing agenda, which were exacerbated by the COVID-1 pandemic, as well as the climate change emergency, conflicts, and crises related to food, energy, and financing.
This came in the statement of the State of Qatar made by member of the State of Qatar delegation participating in 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly Wassaya bint Abdullah Al Dhaidah before the Economic and Financial (Second) Committee of the General Assembly on macroeconomic policy and following up on the implementation of resolutions of international conferences on financing development.
