Qatar Expresses Pride in Providing Financial Support to Secretariat of CT Compact

New York, January 26 (QNA) - The State of Qatar expressed its pride in providing financial support for Global Counter-Terrorism Coordination Compact Committee (CT Compact) secretariat and seed funding for projects implemented through its working groups, as well as its Coordination Platform launched in 2020 as a digital gateway for fostering efficient and inclusive partnerships and collaboration its entities and member States.


Qatar Affirms Gaza Strip Facing World's Largest Humanitarian Catastrophe

New York, January 25 (QNA) - The State of Qatar affirmed that the Gaza Strip is witnessing the world's worst humanitarian catastrophe, highlighting UN reports that indicate the lack of any safe place and that the dwindling of necessities of a decent life in the Strip, with almost all the population of over two million people being displaced and vulnerable to famine.

GCC Countries Hold Israel Legally Responsible for Killing Thousands of Civilians in Gaza

New York, December 09 (QNA) - The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries renewed their condemnation of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip holding Israel legally responsible for the ongoing attacks that targeted innocent civilians and resulted in the death of thousands of Gazan civilians, most of them were women and children, in a clear violation of international law and international humanitarian law.
