New York, September 19 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met Monday with Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe at the headquarters of Qatar's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 71st UN General Assembly. 
The meeting reviewed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and means to enhance them. 
The official delegation accompanying HH the Emir and the delegation accompanying the Prime Minister of Japan attended the meeting.
