New York, September 20  - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended today the luncheon banquet hosted by the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in honour of Heads of State and Government and the delegations participating in the 71st session of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York.
